5) According to reports, the US Supreme Court will decide soon if Microsoft should be legally hit with class action lawsuits regarding disc scratching problems with the Xbox 360. The Court will decide if it was consumers fault for how they handled the system or Microsoft's fault if they knew it was a known defect and refused to do anything about it.
