The WiiU gamepad is literally all of these things already. The optimal console controller that every company uses (excluding Valve, I guess) starts with the base element of the SNES 'dpad opposite face buttons' set up, so saying they wanna add elements of the SNES controller is moot. Every controller does that by default. They really wanna push this tablet thing but the WiiU Pro is the way to go. Our gamepad is damaged and it basically killed Splatoon and Mario Maker here. No more experimental controllers, please. Mobile device functionality can basically be replicated with the tablet touch functions so mentioning that is also moot.

Just make a console with more memory. The age of console gimmicks is over, people just want Killer Apps.
