4) According to Geoff Keighley, Konami legally barred Hiedo Kojima from appearing on last night's The Game Awards show to accept any awards won by MGS V: Phantom Pain. Official reason given was due to his contract status with the company.

5) According to reports and leaks, Sony's plans for PS2 backwards compatability on the PS4 will not include the option to play games either by ownership of PS2 discs or from the PS2 Classics lineup on PSN. All future PS2 compatible games will have to be repurchased again in order to be playable on the PS4.
