If. Not when. And therein lies the problem. WWE assumes her becoming a good worker is a sure thing. And a majority of the heat she's getting is the same heat that Baron Corbin is getting- not because she's a great heel, but because she is terrible and has been exposed as being terrible, much like the Lone Wolf has.

There is only so much leeway that comes with trying to blame IWC blowback instead of just admitting this cart-before-the-horse thinking is dangerous for short-term booking and devopment.

If the idea was to get Eva in position to be the be all end all Diva in 5 years, is one thing, but they want her to be credible and a top draw inside of six months. That rarely ever works with ANYONE (I can only really think of Undertaker's WWE career, Goldberg's WCW streak run, and Brock Lesnar's WWE rookie year). Everyone else this thing has been attempted with has pretty much failed.
