2) FTC and UK's ASA recently cracked down on several companies for deceptive marketing practices with Machinima being punished for deceptive launch Xbox One ads, Mind Candy punished for using deception to get paid subs for their Moshi Monsters game, and 55Pixels Ltd for using deception to get paid subs for their Bin Weevils game.
