As I was watching the guys come out for the 8-Man Tag on RAW, I thought to myself "All of these people could totally be sent exclusively to SmackDown". All of them. The ladies could be split into two as well. The Bellas, Alicia Fox, Paige, Emma & Nattie could handle RAW, while the new girls, Lana, Summer Rae, Naomi and Tamina could do fine on SmackDown.

I've been all for a roster split for so long now.
And much like Mr. Cruz:

I don't get how Vince & Co. can't see that a roster split would make sense.
Vince has a main roster of around 90 people, yet he only focuses on around 15, so that's around 75 guys that are just left to pretty much go to waste. With a roster split, pretty much everyone would be in use and the company would have more main event names and so much more mid-card names, which would eventually become main event names. Also, we'd see the return of the "Draft specials" of Raw, which I always enjoyed.
Checking out the roster now, if I had to split them into brands:

Have the return of the World Heavyweight Championship and make it a SmackDown exclusive, along with the United States Championship.
The WWE Championship and Intercontinental Championships would be Raw exclusive.
The Tag Team Championship and Divas Championship wouldn't be branded so the holders of the championship can appear and defend on both brands, but to make it more interesting, when the holder loses it, they become exclusive to the brand of the person they lost it to. I think it could make some interesting storylines.
Also, make it a pyramid system, so that new talent begin at NXT, they then "graduate" to SmackDown, then from there, they graduate to Raw.
To me, I think all that would make things a whole lot better than what we have now.
