The whole "ref takes ages to confirm the MITB holder is cashing in/official announcement needs to be made" thing has become such a staple of MITB. It's almost a given that everybody will have failed cash-in attempts numerous times before they actually do it.

Shame you can't just run out with your own ref who already knows what you're doing like with the Hardcore Title.
