I see what you're asking, but think about what you're saying:

What would you have Fox do?

- Go back in time and recast her in Last Stand to be older?

Or

- Go back in time and recast her in First Class to be significantly younger?

I see what you're asking, it just seems silly to ask. Also consider the First Class trilogy to be a soft reboot to begin with.
