On NXT there is a roster of women who are actually made to a) give a shit about the title and b) focus on matches and c) have substantial match time.

WWE won't have a roster anytime soon unless they a) stop calling girls up one at a time to have a go at the "everybody gets a turn" butterfly belt b) stop treating main roster matches as clusterfuck battle royals/tag matches or 2 minute piss breaks and c) stop using the main roster ladies to put over Total Divas and acting as if them wrestling is coincidental.
