I wouldn't repackage Bull just yet. I'd perhaps consider a face turn, since his sacrifice at the Alter of Corbin has capped his credibility as a heel monster at this point in time. Have CJ Parker come out shortly after Rival and talk about how everyone is raving about this and that (NXT storyline related), but no one is talking about his message, which is larger than NXT and even the WWE. He gives an open challenge to anyone in the back, and Bull answers. People would be more than happy to see Bull flatten Parker.

Then consider a program between Dempsey and Tyler Breeze. I have a feeling that a face turn might be coming for Tyler, so before you pull the trigger with that, have him remark that face Bull is an "uggo," leading to a few matches between them.
