I can see The New Day collectively coming out and getting one entry, they do the usual odds and evens thing to decide who goes in. Kofi enters and the elimination spot can involve Big E saving him.
But yeah, at this point if they don't have an amazing elimination save spot for Kofi it's better than having him come out to just be another guy who throws a few punches and kicks and then gets thrown out.
