Supposedly Lizard Squad got bribed with premium Mega filehost accounts in order for them to end the attacks on XBL (and PSN) for now. Guy took full credit for the truce instead of the possibility of Sony and Microsoft doing more to help end the attacks on their end.
No clue how long this truce is going to hold considering the real reason for the month of attacks was actually for the "lulz" and not them sending a message to big companies or whatever BS they were sprouting before.
Lizard Squad claimed any current downtime is because of the aftermath cleanup and not because of a fresh round of attacks
