The gimmick is not set in stone but after The Ascension, Neville is scheduled to be the next NXT talent brought to the main roster as they are working on ideas for him.

On a related note, Punk will host a UFC 182 weigh-ins Q&A for Fight Club members on January 2nd at the Marquee Ballroom at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The Q&A begins at 2pm local time.

Regarding the former WWE Champion's upcoming Ring of Honor run, he specifically asked to work a match with ACH because he thinks ACH is a really talented wrestler and he's from San Antonio. Del Rio also asked to work matches with Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly. ROH is looking at doing Del Rio vs. Jay Lethal for their March 1st pay-per-view

The belief within WWE is that AJ will be back in 2015 some time.

As noted earlier, Taz's new podcast drops next month. You will be able to listen to the podcast on iTunes and Radio.com. I have also heard that Taz has signed with CBS Radio, so I'm assuming the podcast will be available on there as well. Taz's podcast drops on January 7th, and his first guest will be WWE Hall of Famer Adam "Edge" Copeland. Taz noted on Twitter that he will also discuss some behind the scenes details after he made his WWE debut at the 2000 Royal Rumble.

There's also a feeling that Vince made it clear those were the only ones he sees that have top star potential.

Triple H actually gave a speech to the WWE roster after morale got bad due to the interview. His speech was described as an attempt at damage control that backfired.

As a general rule backstage, the talents in NXT love Triple H, but on the main roster, whatever he said in the speech lost him a lot of credibility, especially among those who have been with the company for some time.
