JoJo, who was on the first Total Divas season, has been doing ring announcing in NXT for some time now.

The executive didn't even know that Striker had been cut many weeks earlier.
a real life Office Space moment by the WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin once again addressed the rumors of a return to the ring on a recent Steve Austin Show podcast. Austin said there's little to no chance of him returning at WrestleMania 31 and said he has no desire to get back in the ring and if he did, Brock Lesnar would be looking up at lights. Austin also revealed that he will be busy with a new project this February that he couldn't talk about just yet. On a related note, at one point WWE really was working towards a match between Austin and CM Punk. PWInsider notes that during Punk's entrance for his match against Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 28, production filmed a shot from behind Punk that was similar to how Austin was filmed when he made his big entrances. This was shot so they could use it in Austin vs. Punk promotional material at a much later date.

Dave Meltzer noted on the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that word is that Kurt Angle will be staying with TNA. Angle's contract with TNA expired last month on September 21st. Meltzer noted that TNA wants people to believe that Angle will be leaving the company so that it's a big surprise when he stays. PWInsider reported last week that a source told them that Angle turned down a full-time offer from WWE because he didn't believe his body would be able to handle a full-time schedule.
