This is how I see the Wyatt Family split going:
Wyatt becomes a cult favorite. Officially a heel but with enough fans to justify occasional good acts coming from him. He'll be fine in a Kevin Sullivan-like role where he leads dangerous men.
Harper, provided he stays healthy, will end up being a long term star, likely as a heel. He may even get a couple brief transition runs as WWE Champion.
Rowan becomes a Rosebud before eventually being released
