According to The Wrestling Observer, Steve Austin is expected to return to WWE television in some form soon. WWE has told their distributors to go into heavy production on Austin merchandising, which would be standard for someone who is making a return of some sort, even if it’s for a quick one-off. Appearances on TV often lead to renewed demand for merchandise.
As previously reported, WWE has worked out a deal with Austin where they promote his podcast and he plugs the WWE Network.

Vince McMahon has reportedly had a rule that nobody from the WWE Total Divas cast can hold the Divas Title. It's said that this is one of those rules that can change tomorrow.
On a related note, there has been booking frustration regarding Total Divas. Vince reportedly goes through phases where he wants the RAW storylines to sync with Total Divas. However, Total Divas is taped so far in advance and there are communication issues as to what content airs when and it's not always possible to have everything on the same page.
At the same time, it's said that there are times when Vince doesn't see the issue as being that important.

Based on what was taped at last week's TNA Impact Wrestling tapings, the November 26th, December 3rd, December 10th and December 17th episodes could end up being "Best Of" shows or compilation shows with little, if any, new content.

Some other news and speculations included:
* The final RAW script being scrapped around an hour before the show and being rewritten as the show went on.
* If TNA gets picked up by WGN, early losses would include 25% less households for potential viewers compared to Spike and most of the major wrestling cities (most don't or barely get WGN).
