Whether or not the weekend controversy played a part in the decision, it appears that plans for a follow-up Rusev vs. Jack Swagger match are off. Originally, the plan was for the two to have a multi-pay-per-view run against each other, but for whatever reason, which most likely is the Lana controversy, the Rusev-Swagger program isn't expected to continue.
