Weekend News Edition

Harmonix is considering the idea of reviving the Rock Band series in the near future according to a recent survey sent.

Quote:
At the top of the questionnaire, the Massachusetts-based studio, says, the feedback will be “hugely helpful for us at Harmonix as we plan for the future.” Such feedback would be in regard to how frequent gamers play Rock Band and its DLC offerings in addition to the number of instruments owned and which last-gen platforms they were played on.
Quote:
The survey’s final question asked fans to rank their excitement for 5 possible options Harmonix could take the franchise next. In no particular order, the developer polled fans on a new Rock Band game for Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U or if they would want upgraded versions of existing instruments for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. A return to DLC is also an option, gaging interest in a sale of the existing songs or brand new tracks to jam out to.
