1) Bungie's former music composer, Marty O'Donnell, has recently filed two lawsuits against Bungie with one related to claims of unpaid benefits Bungie still owes him and the other related to his termination from the company.

2) Nintendo announces they are consolidating their European branch with around 130 employees expected to be laid off, their current headquarters to shut down in favor of a new one at Frankfurt, and at least one official warehouse to shut down.
