2) Oculus VR and Facebook currently facing the possibility of a lawsuit from ZeniMax in regards to work done by John Carmack while at the company before his move to Oculus VR. ZeniMax is claiming Carmack's work contributed directly to the Oculus Rift's rise and have been demanding compensation since mid-2012.

3) Fiscal reports - WWE's fiscal first quarter report reveals the company lost around $11 million from their licensing division with THQ's demise and lower than expected sales of WWE 2k14 stated as the big reasons. While the Playstation division is doing well, Sony announces they've updated their fiscal year report for last year to reveal an overall $1.3 billion loss (up $200 million from last prediction).
