1) Majesco Entertainment announces NASDAQ has granted them an extra 180 days to improve their stock value or face being delisted from them. NASDAQ originally gave them until August for the deadline but now have until February 2014 to reach the $1 minimum needed to stay on their index.

2) Some Xbox related news as Rainbow Six Vegas and Magic the Gathering 2013 are rumored to be September's free games for Xbox Live Gold members while Microsoft states the Xbox Live Marketplace has been renamed to Xbox Games Store as part of the recent changes made to the Xbox brand.

3) According to EA, they have dropped both Criterion and Black Box studio from the Need for Speed series in favor of having their new Ghost Games studio become the sole developer for future games.
