I'm thinking a February/March release for USFIV.

That's actually the good thing about skipping AE. When I buy Ultra, I'll be getting the update from both Ultra and AE at the same time, so I'll have 9 new characters instead of Ultras 5. I'll also be getting all the DLC outfits and whatever else I skipped on AE and whatever is added to Ultra. So it's a bargain, for me.
