I've been rooting so hard for Dickey, but he just looks so different from last year. Last year his command was spot on and his "angry knuckler" (knuckleball that went 80+ MPH) was perfect for strikeouts. This year he's just all over the place.

Mets still look like geniuses for that trade, although I'm starting to doubt Travis d'Arnaud makes his debut this year as he hasn't even been cleared to run on ground. If he's back playing by late July I can see him finishing out the Triple A season and then getting a couple of weeks of playing time as a September call-up but that's about it.

I'm more excited about Noah Syndergaard than anything. Got bumped up to Double A yesterday and he seems to be similar to Matt Harvey in that he's an absolute perfectionist. The thought of Harvey, Syndergaard, Zack Wheeler, Rafael Montero, and Jon Niese all being in the rotation by 2015 has me wet.
