When was the last double fall situation in a triple threat? Was it Triple H/Jericho/Benoit from, like, 2001?

I think it was one that involved Edge, Benoit, and Triple H. Benoit had Edge in the Crossface. Edge rolled Benoit onto his shoulders. He tapped at right at the count of three. That led to a vacated title that Triple H eventually regained.
The one you may be thinking of was Austin/Jericho/Benoit, where Austin tapped to the Crossface Walls stereo submission. That led to a match restart. This finish is closest to that situation.
In either event, Miz is an idiot for not at the very least keeping an eye on the situation.
