I think it all looks cool but I am a bit that everyone is absolutely pissing themselves with excitement about it because it's a PC thing. If it was revealed by Nintendo or Microsoft or Sony as a peripheral, or even a requirement, for their next system, everyone would be saying things like "WTF?! Who wants to wear thick goggles while they game? This is stupid!" and then, if they wheeled out that conveyor thing in the video, people would probably say "Wow, seriously? They honestly think people will wear those googles AND run around in an overgrown baby walker? Great, we can pay $300 and look like idiots in our living room. What a stupid, childish gimmick!"

As I said, I personally think it looks cool. Not sure about the conveyor thing in terms of accessiblity to anyone who isn't in good shape but I think that's actually a different thing and not part of the VR goggles, right?
I can imagine someone using that thing and having a power cut. The belt under them stops moving but they keep going and just faceplant. Would be pretty bad getting those goggles driven into your eyesockets by the floor.
