Tetra Master was
okay, but too random. At least with Triple Triad, the cards were "fixed" (in both value and where they were in the world), so there was an element of actual strategy. If you lost a card to player X, player X would keep that card in their deck, and vice versa. The card value remained the same as well.
You wouldn't have the computer just unilaterally beat you because they happened to have a card that just happened to be higher than yours exactly where it needed to be on the last turn that they didn't have the last game you just played them in.
