2) According to an accidental leak by Ubisoft themselves, Assassin's Creed 4 is expected to be released on October 29, 2013 and will also include the next Xbox and PS4 as platforms for the game.

3) GameFly announces they have laid off roughly 15% of their staff as part of their current plan to put a greater focus on providing digital distribution services.

4) As part of EA's plan for more micro-transactions in their games, the iOS/Android free-to-play game of Real Racing 3 contains roughly $500 worth of paying content. The game was also discovered to be very restrictive to play to the point it semi-forces money to be spent in order to make the game playable.
