These indictments are based on an officer's testimony and the facts presented at the time the citations were given and the arrest was made. Sure, that sucks for him, and he sounds like he made some shit decisions.
Remember when R-Truth got busted violating the WP, and he stayed on to finish a buildup to Survivor Series? The WWE is a business, and they've invested a lot into Swagger's push. Even if it just leads to a squash job at 'Mania now to set an example and bust him down, they'd be stupid to switch gears instantly because of this.
