1) According to Crytek, the idea of next gen consoles being compared favorably to a current high end PC is basically "impossible" with Crysis 3 and next gen dev kits forming the basis of their claims.

2) Footage of a previously cancelled Aliens game by Obsidian Entertainment which was meant to be an RPG and named "Aliens: Crucible" was recently leaked online by a former artist of the game.

3) EA's copyright infringement lawsuit against Zynga and their Sims-like game called "The Ville" has been settled. Most of the terms from the settlement were not revealed publicly though.
