Golberg had 111 matches/wins in 288 days (debut to winning world title). After winning the world title, his 174 day reign had 63 matches (with 1 being his loss to Kevin Nash). Golberg had matches every 2.76 days during his championship reign which was quite a bit more activity than that of the previous champion Hulk Hogan.
