WWE can have success with the divas division without devoting multiple segments to it. Like I said, there's a ceiling on their drawing power. Put some effort into making characters by keeping them relevant in storylines revolving around the guys as well while they aren't directly feuding for the title. They should exist in their own little world as far as wrestling but that doesn't mean they can't be a vital part of the show. But a diva is never gonna main event your PPVs and headline WrestleMania. It's a gimmick. Your main midcard roster CAN do those things. Spend the rest of your segments on making them intriguing.
Same with the cruiserweights. Let them exist in their own little world and have their own title to feud with and let someone like Tyson Kidd be "on top" technically. They can't realistically have the idea of Tyson Kidd main eventing PPV and headlining WrestleMania. Why not let him exist in his own world where he can be a "main guy"?
You've got two major segments a show completely devoted to an entire division. The rest is devoted to your main roster, guys on top, guys working their way to the top, etc. It's nice and neat and everyone's happy.
