The only belts I know of that are originals that were given to the wrestlers were the WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Titles. After WCW shut down and the assets sold to WWE, those belts were given to Billy Kidman and Rey Mysterio. The only other confirmed one I know of is Rhyno holds the original versions of both the ECW Television and Heavyweight belts as gifted to him by Paul Heyman when he closed the doors in 2001.
