Back when the longstanding ROH messageboard was pulled down with no return,,,,,, lots of threads that I believe many of us frequently visited (lists, voting lists, contests, reviews, E-fed in RBCW etc.) were lost into bit space,,,,,,,,, Personally, the most unfortunate loss was "Finn Of Honor", the "road diary" I kept on the ROH-shows I attended during my 2008-2009 USA
student exchange and the trips rolling around them,,,,,,,,,
Well,,,,,,,,, just recently I came upon the Finnish-language weblog I kept during the same period along with some saved drafts on my e-mail server, both of which to my surprise contained several write-ups on those ROH-shows and even a little about the group shenanigans around them,,,,,, occasional nickname drops of the very regulars of this very board included,,,,,,,,
So with this coincidence fittingly enough coming out as summer begins and I actually have spare time alongside grinding on the ol' MA thesis,,,,,,,,, I thought fook it,,,,,,,,,, let's do this,,,,,,,,,,,,Some things I can pull from these past texts, ,,,,,,,some things require the deep reserves of memory and ROH-DVDs of that time for reconstruction,,,,,,,,,,,, but dammit I'm piecing this diary back together!
