My thoughts on Tensai are that he is a perfectly good talent, but there were just miscalculations in how to present him. His finishing move to his entrance, to the one-dimensional presentation of his character -- Tensai was just one big ball of miscalculations. The WWE seems to be scaling back some of the more cartoony aspects of why he failed, and they seem to be getting him right on Superstars before they push him to the moon again.

I personally feel that the WWE should have given Ziggler a pin over Cena in that Handicap Match a few weeks back where he actually teamed with Tensai and Swagger against Cena and Sheamus. It'd give Ziggler something to brag about and something to go forward with. As it stands right now, I see him breaking up with Vickie and going solo. I think a face turn could work surprisingly well for Ziggler.
