First of all, if you are such a good player to be acting high and mighty, you wouldn't have gotten hit by it in the first place. Secondly, when I have a sliver of life left after getting knocked down, and you walk right up to me, it's not "random" for me to do a super. It's predicting that you're going to apply pressure and try to win the round with chip damage.
Anticipating what your opponent is going to do requires skill, and is not a lucky scrub move.

I usually start commentating a match when people say shit like that. Online you get some people bitching at you.
Some guy: You're a fuckin' beginner's luck noob. You're a scrub/blah blah blah
Me: Ryu whiffs the hurricane kick and tries to follow up with an Ex Shoryuken...
*Some guy promptly whiffs an Ex Shoryunken*
Me: AND T. HAWK BLOCKS AND PUNISHES WITH A THROW. IT'S HUMAN BOWLING TONIGHT!
SG: stfu
Me: T. Hawk rushes in to capitalize but Ryu is playing possum! Can T. Hawk capitalize here?
*Jumps to set up condor dive before SG wakes up*
*SG whiffs wake up metsu shoryuken, as the condor dive Is used to land on the other side*
*Successfully dodges metsu shoryuken, lands as opponent rises and follows up with Raging Slash*
ME: T. Hawk takes the round with GUSTO. It's almost like he could see his opponent's moves before they happened!
*SG rage quits*
