I was actually just checking this out. This is just including actual bell to bell wrestling time, not entrances.

WrestleMania XXVII: 1hr 42min 50sec (Keep in mind, Rock had a long promo at the beginning which would normally be another 10 minutes for a match.)

WrestleMania XXVI: 1hr 52min 41sec

WrestleMania XXV: 1hr 52min 13sec

So if you make Rock's "host promo" another match, it's possible that each of the last 3 WrestleManias would have had exactly 1 hour and 52 minutes of in ring action. So that seems like a good guideline to go by.
