How much of WrestleMania is usually devoted to wrestling time? It'd be interesting to know. Getting everyone on the show that needs to be on it, I've got a ten match card. They've done that at Mania before, but last year only featured eight.

The Rock vs. John Cena

WWE Championship
CM Punk (c) vs. Chris Jericho

WWE Divas Championship
Beth Phoenix (c) vs. Kharma

Hell in a Cell
The Undertaker vs. Triple H

World Heavyweight Championship
Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Sheamus

Cody Rhodes & Shaquille O'Neal vs. Big Show & Goldust

Randy Orton vs. The Miz

Kane vs. Zack Ryder

Team Laurinaitis vs. Team Long
Alberto Del Rio, Christian, David Otunga, Drew McIntyre & Mark Henry vs. Ezekiel Jackson, The Great Khali, Justin Gabriel, Santino Marella & R-Truth

WWE Tag Team Championship
Kofi Kingston & R-Truth vs. Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger

That's also the order I would do the matches, from bottom-to-top.
