Tecmo confirms both the release date of Ninja Gaiden III along with a special demo for Dead of Alive 5 will be included as a bonus but differs based on the pre-order made.
Ninja Gaiden III is set for release on March 20, 2012 for both the Xbox 360 and PS3 with the Wii U version comming at a later date to be announced.
Gamestop was confirmed as the only retailer selling a collector's edition of the game which includes the game itself, an art book, a soundtrack CD, and a "Duel of the Masked" figurine for the price of $99.
Concerning the Dead or Alive 5 demo, depending on where the pre-order is made, the demo itself will be different in terms of fighters included. Gamestop has 2 versions of the demo available while Amazon has the third version.
Quote:
For North America, however, getting the demos will be a little more convoluted. To get the Ayane vs. Hayate demo, you’ll need to pre-order Ninja Gaiden 3 from Amazon. If you want the Hayabusa vs. Hitomi demo, you’ll have to pre-order it from GameStop instead. If, however, you want the demo with all four characters, you’ll still get that from the Collector’s Edition—which itself is exclusive to GameStop.

Unlike the US/Canada, Japan's demo of Dead or Alive 5 is based more on specific console than pre-order.
