I wouldn't say "we know it's not a work". Only time the Punk contract stuff was "acknowledged" was at the start of this angle, the rest was internet talk and if it was a swerve, this is the way it would go. He's probably finishing up tonight for a period of time but nobody outside of the people involved/WWE know for sure.
