We know it won't be Kane for a few reasons:
1) On SD, Kane told Teddy he's feeling less like a monster, then proceeded to lose to Orton. To be fair, who doesn't, but Kane looked really weak the way he lost. Unlike everyone else going into MITB, Kane has no momentum whatsoever. The guy's not even a dark horse at this point. There is NO WAY he'll win, and the people on Tipsters get that.
2.) Second and perhaps most importantly, Kane already won the SD MITB last year. He then proceeded to cash in the same night on Mysterio to win the title for only the second time in his loooooong WWE career. It took over 10 years for the guy to win the WHC, twice. Why on earth are they gonna push him again, NOW, when there are so many other stories they have that could be told with all seven other guys. Let's be real. Kane's not getting a two-peat and that's all there is to it.
Fan love or not, nobody's that stupid.
