I remember it occurring a bunch of times when Nitro hit 3 hours due to TNT never taking into account the extra run-over time and never adjusting while USA was usually more prepared with RAW "eating" up the first few minutes of the 11pm show.

I also think it was an issue on USA only when the run-over would be like 10-15 minutes instead of just the usual 5-7 minutes.
