• There are still a lot of graphic changes in store for the oil and water effects.
• Seth said to expect someone you're not expecting as a character that will be announced soon. This sounded like it would be after E3, although no timeline was nailed down. [Editor's note: Maybe a Comic-Con announcement in July?]
• Cole will be in both the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of the game.
• On the matter of having a Xbox 360 exclusive character, Seth and Christian said sorry, but nothing on that front right now.
• Every character in the game has a charge up move. Guile's is his Sonic Boom, and if you hold the button for a bit, it becomes an EX attack, and if you hold it for about 3.5 seconds, it'll become a super. This is extremely easy to counter if you're a competent player, as you can be hit out of your super at any time during it's 3.5 second startup.
• Guile's Sonic Hurricane super is just a Sonic Boom motion + all 3 punches.
• Game is faster since the Captivate version was made available.
• Killian added that the game of course has a long way to go and much will be changed in the next playable version.
• The SFxT stick from Mad Catz is more like a Standard Edition stick, with the sloped front panel. It's larger than the SE, but somewhat similar in design. The parts are Sanwa though, like you expect from the Tournament Edition models.
