A PPV WCW was going to do before they completely folded. Probably planned for under the new ownership.

Apparently the plan was to essentially reset the company, hence the "big bang" gimmick. I have heard they were going to do what TNA is doing, and do the majority of the shows in a soundstage in Vegas and stick to the west, at least for the first few years of the company.
