Just posted this. Really hope it happens because Steam are being cocks about not cancelling the order.

First off, thanks for listening Sven. It is refreshing to see after the Ubisoft debacle. As for the questions:
1) Secure network authentication I can deal with, just not always-on. I can go play Portal 2 offline with no drawbacks right now for up to 3 months if I chose to do so. This, while still slightly restrictive, is a fair trade-off to me. I can't comment on Blizzard as I'm not a fan of RTS so haven't played a newer game.
2) For me personally, take anything away apart from the full character selection for offline Vs. That part is the dealbreaker
3) My grievances come fromthe fact my ISP doesn't work with GFWL/XBox Live for more than 3 minutes due to traffic shaping. If I could briefly sign in and play with full functionality for a couple of weeks, that would be fine with me
4) That would also be a good form of goodwill to your fans. I admire your optimism, but can you point to a game that hasn't been cracked, even with the always-online DRM? Still, once cracked, the cats out of the bag anyway, so removing the DRM would be great.
