THQ posts a $136+ million loss for the 1st quarter of 2011 with all platforms except the Wii and the DS having big drops in sales.
THQ was pleased with Homefront and Smackdown vs Raw 2011 sales but decides instead of focusing more on their strong Wii sales, to move all their focus to the "struggling" Xbox 360/PS3 sales.
As part of helping their "struggling" sales platforms, Udraw is coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3 after seeing good success on the Wii. No news if THQ will continue support of Udraw for the Wii as part of their plan.
THQ's own forecast for the 1st quarter also ended in a decline mainly due to 2010 being a strong year overall in the industry and 2011 starting out slower than expected. THQ also relied a bit too much on PS2 sales last year with this year being dropped by 50%.
