A good movie is also entertaining. A Steven Seagal movie is just entertaining. The plot will be dumb, and the acting will be bad to questionable. The action and special effects will probably kickass and make it entertaining.

Another example

First Blood Part 2 and 3 are entertaining while First Blood is good.
