A lot of the JTV pages advertising LIVE WWE RAW are just signal pages with a URL on them, which is annoying, but I've found that most of the URL's actually do work and have a less likely tendency to be taken down.

Search around and find the URL that works best for you, and then have a couple of contingency URL's for back ups in case that one goes down. It also helps to have a really fast internet connection.
