They can't play outdoors (they discussed the University of Minnesota) unless the Giants have all of their cold weather gear sent to them. They understandably didn't lug it with them when they were meant to be playing in a dome.

Moreover, Detroit has all the FOX cameras set up already. Plus the University of Minnesota has 10,000 less seats.
