Just read Superman: Earth One.

As I expected, there were parts that I was kinda "meh" on, and parts I loved. As far as "modern" Superman origins go, I liked it better than Superman: Secret Origin, but not better than Superman: Birthright.

Definitely made with "sequels" in mind.
