Surprising heel turns for me:
Hogan - 1996 : Say no more. 50/50 with the work bit because fans loved him as a heel.
Austin- 2001: Shocking, didn't expect him to join McMahon at WM X-7. Turn didn't work as he had good reaction.
Jeff Hardy - 2010: Super marked out when he is in "They". he only just turned heel give it a chance.
